Thoughtful adult ADHD evaluation and psychiatric care in Massachusetts.
Rahangdale Psychiatry PLLC is a telehealth-based, self-pay psychiatry practice providing careful diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy-informed care for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.
Led by Harvard-trained psychiatrist Aneesh Rahangdale, MD, the practice is designed for patients seeking an individualized, thoughtful, collaborative, and high-quality approach to psychiatric care. Treatment begins with careful listening and diagnostic clarity, then moves toward a practical plan that may include medication, behavioral strategies, lifestyle supports, and ongoing follow-up.
Adult ADHD Evaluation & Treatment
ADHD care should be more than a brief checklist or a quick medication visit. At Rahangdale Psychiatry PLLC, evaluations are designed to clarify whether ADHD is present, understand how symptoms affect daily life, and identify other factors that may contribute to difficulties with attention, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, or follow-through.
Individualized Psychiatric Care
In addition to ADHD, the practice provides evaluation and treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, stress, and major life transitions. Care is individualized and grounded in a patient’s goals, medical history, relationships, work demands, and broader life context.
Telehealth-Based Care
Appointments are conducted by secure telehealth for patients located in Massachusetts at the time of the visit. The practice is self-pay and does not accept insurance. Superbills may be provided upon request for patients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement.
A More Careful Approach
Many adults seek psychiatric care after years of wondering whether their symptoms reflect ADHD, anxiety, burnout, depression, sleep disruption, trauma-related stress, or some combination of these. The goal of evaluation is not simply to assign a label. It is to understand the person clearly enough to recommend treatment that is clinically appropriate, realistic, and sustainable.
